:: Metahattan Recipe
2oz Rye
.75-1oz Sweet Vermouth (Carpano is best)
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Stir with ice until liquid is just below freezing.
Strain into chilled Martini or Coupe glass.
Garnish with maraschino cherry.
